The Tank Pack wasn't created in a lab. It was created out of frustration at seeing our customers' products return damaged. Expensive void-fill systems and hazardous products could not provide the necessary protection. After witnessing pallets of fragile product returned in pieces and shipping costs increase, we decided there had to be a better way.

The Problem
After years working in product distribution, our founder watched the same story repeat itself: fragile goods — ceramics, electronics, precision components — arriving shattered. Existing solutions were either too expensive, too bulky, or single-use waste.
The Idea
The concept was simple: build a reusable, multi-layer protective insert that fits inside standard shipping boxes — no custom packaging, no workflow overhaul. Just drop it in and ship with confidence.
The Engineering
Two years of material testing and prototype iterations led to the final five-layer system.
The Validation
Before going to market, The Tank Pack was submitted to an ISTA-certified lab for independent testing under the ISTA 2A protocol. It passed every hazard simulation. A USPTO utility patent application was filed to protect the core innovation.
Today
The Tank Pack has proven to be the superior way to protect custom auto glass. Today our mission is the same as it was from the beginning; make fragile product shipping a solved problem with a sustainable solution.
